Your role will be working within a specialist strategy and review division of a market leading ASX listed organisation, famous for their success and development in the Property sector.
You will have strong skills in the area of financial modelling tools, with a sound knowledge of the Excel package. Day to day your position will deliver typical Management Accounting duties providing the CFO and senior management teams with timely and accurate analysis on consolidated results. Whilst focussing strongly on the improvement and maintenance of processes and procedures.

Business partnering
From a governance knowledge perspective, candidates will ideally have gained CA/CPA accreditation (or at least be working towards it). You will have strong analytical and communication skills including also a high quality presentation of data/reporting. Attention to detail is a must in candidates, with the ability to convey analysis and findings of your work.
Your role will involve extensive business partnering with a number of business units ranging from the CFO to Investor relations key stakeholder management and effective relationship skills are essential also.
