The Company
Our client has over 150 years of local experience. With an international owner when they talk about turn over they talk in the BILLIONS! This Highett company is looking for a part time payroll officer to join a job share arrangement. At first the role will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday but by June 2012, this position will scale back to days a week.
The Role
- This position will work closely with the HR and Finance Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end payroll including:
- Monthly and Weekly payroll of 382 using Payforce
- Process timesheets in accordance with awards
- Salary Packaging
- Staff enquiries
Your Profile
To be successful, you will be an accomplished Payroll Officer with extensive experience to enable you to hit the ground running. Knowledge of a large robust system is necessary. The most important thing for this role is the attitude of team work. Everyone loves working together.
