This is a unique opportunity where you will gain intensive training and exposure to SAP as well as build upon your own career profile, moving towards a technical path within payroll. The company is going through an enormous SAP implementation and are now looking to create a brand new and exciting SAP Payroll Helpdesk division. Managing all technical, payroll related queries on a senior and National level; your troubleshooting skills will be perfected to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner. Key to your success in this role will be your exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively relay complex, technical information back to HR and payroll officers coupled with your sense of urgency and ability to manage a large workflow of emails and calls.
The successful candidate MUST have a background in Helpdesk/Customer Service with strong knowledge of the Australian Payroll Legislation. You will either have extensive end-to-end payroll experience coupled with a history in phone based customer service or maybe you’re already in a similar Payroll Helpdesk position, looking for a huge stepping stone to advance your career. A working knowledge of payroll systems is absolutely essential as is a positive, fast paced and energetic personality. Demonstrated knowledge of SAP would be highly advantageous however, not essential as in-depth training will be provided to experienced Payroll Helpdesk/Customer Service professionals.
