Client:
Our client is a leading global technology products manufacturer supplying a range of quality products to the business to business sector. They have succeeded on building extremely strong working relations with their customers through developing a leading reputation for innovation and technical integrity. 
Role:
This is a pivotal role with accountability for managing and developing the regional order processing function. You will be responsible for order management activities, managing fulfilment and driving cross-functional initiatives.
The role is a blend of  hands-on management , coupled with strategic regional leadership and process optimisation liaising with all departments within the business.
The ideal candidate should posses the following skills and attributes;
  • An established track record in customer service and order fulfilment in a top tier global organisation.
  • Related tertiary qualifications are preferred.
  • Track record of process optimisation.
  • Experience within a top-tier global organisation is preferred.
  • Customer focussed approach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential
