We have a terrific short to medium term assignment beginning late February and we're looking for the stellar Customer Service Officers in the Melbourne market place to come and take up the challenge!

We are looking for proven professionals who bring with them the required attitude and customer service experience to complete this assignment.

In order for you to be successful with us, you will need:

  • Professional communication skills to articulate clearly and concisely
  • High energy and service ethos with a self motivated positive attitude
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a proactive nature
  • High learning agility
  • Prior call centre or telephone customer service experience

Any customer service exposure to financial services including banking, superannuation, pensions, insurance or investments is preferred.
