The Key Requirements of the position are :
- Demonstrated sales and service experience in an inbound and outbound contact centre environment.
- Willingness and ability to switch between inbound, outbound and administration duties of the role is an essential requirement
- Comprehensive problem solving skills and effective discovery questioning technique to provide a solution that meets the member's needs and provides supreme quality of member service
- Be Self-motivated with an ability to prioritise competing demands;
- Ability to work on a rotational roster Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM
- Met individual and team targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Banking and Finance products, services, and procedures as well as relevant legislations.
