Do you have a strong retail lending background, with experience in complex residential lending – trusts, multiple properties etc? As the relationship manager your primary focus will be maintaining and developing relations with clients, however you must also be proactive, building your networks and sourcing new business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building positive relationships with Premier Banking customers by identifying and anticipating their financial needs through the completion of a quality financial health check
• Providing Premier Banking customers with innovative financial service solutions including lending and investment options to meet these needs
• Pro-actively driving and growing client acquisition and referrals from existing portfolios
• Where possible resolve client needs personally, rather than utilising referral channels, maintaining sense of end to end service provision to entire portfolio.
• As required refer customers to appropriate specialists for their financial planning, investment, risk insurance, commercial business and more complex investment needs.

The Successful Applicant will demonstrate:

• Prior experience in and knowledge of Mortgage/ Lending products & services
• Experience in a sales role with diversified product/service responsibilities
• The capacity to work in a busy, commercial, competitive environment
• The ability to meet objectives / targets and deliver customer service
• Financial Health Check Master

Experience in wealth management and or a diploma of Financial Planning would be advantageous but not essential.
