We are seeking experienced customer service/call centre people with excellent telephone communication skills. You will enjoy taking high volume inbound calls and have the confidence to ask relevant questions in order to offer business resolutions and coordinate necessary action to deliver strong service levels to customers and clients.

• Previous high volume inbound phone based experience
