Our client, a leader in the healthcare sector is seeking customer service focused professionals to join their Retentions Team. With a vision to ensure Australians live longer, healthier and happier lives, this organisation has a range of leading-edge health programs and services to offer. Situated in Hawthorn, your key responsibility will be to contact existing members of the organisation and following up on lapsed payments. You will be required to understand various systems, including financial systems to process members payments online. On the job training will be provided for successful candidates.
