Having undergone one of the most significant changes in their corporate history our client is now seeking a new Sales and Service Consultant to join their team and delight their customers. The role will see you working in an inbound environment and providing exceptional service to existing customer and opportunities to grow the customer base with new enquiries being converted to sales. The role has a perfect balance of sales and service and the organisation values quality sales through service to ensure that their customers have every opportunity to be financially secure for the rest of their lives. You have a strong customer focus, excellent communication sills and a willingness to offer quality products to customers, which meet their needs, as part of the cross and up sell responsibilities of your role. Confident with multiple PC systems and a great team player, you have a positive attitude and love being part of a dedicated team that is committed to achieving their best. If you have: - A background in customer service and sales (preferably in financial services)
