The role As a Service Co-Ordinator / Technical Call Centre Representative you are a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic team player to join our client's customer service support team. This is an integral position responsible to create the most important link between the customer and the sales, service & parts teams which will include the following responsibilities: - Be a primary point of contact for all inbound calls that include sales, service, parts and warranty enquiries
- Input all client information and request into (SAP) database
- Delegate all job requests to technicians or relevant departments
- Schedule service, warranty and parts jobs
- Answer technical queries
- Be proficient and knowledgeable in the customer service processes

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
Experience within a service/parts related industry and experience with (SAP) would be favourable.
