- Using your exceptional customer service skills whilst handling a wide range of enquiries.
- Identifying opportunities during quality conversations with customers.
- Developing leads, referrals and opportunities before passing on to the sales teams.
- Building rapport quickly with customers and having quality conversations.
- Developing long-standing friendships with team members.
- Maintaining customer's details and database management.
Ideally you will have:- Minimum 12 months Retail, Hospitality experience or 6 months Call Centre experience within a customer service area.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proven ability to work towards targets in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Flexible to accommodate a rotating roster.
