This exciting role requires the successful applicant to:

• Provide seamless administration support to the team
• Schedule appointments for services
• Offer logistics support
• Understand technical systems and provide technical advice
• Organise service calls for clients
• Arrange installations of products with clients
• Answer and make calls to clients
• Type up all correspondence
• Filing, faxing and photocopying

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Solid Customer Service experience from within a call centre environment
• Proven experience of support/service administration
• Effective and accurate scheduling experience
• Technical capability and an understanding of systems
• Efficient coordinator in formatting of documents in Word & Excel
• Fast and accurate typing ability
• Proven client relationship skills
• Outstanding communication skills & excellent telephone manner
