CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER

In this newly created role, you shall develop a culture of excellence within the customer service team to ensure the successful execution of the other management process in the following areas:-

  • Expedite key orders and act as the conduit between purchasing, planning and the sales team
  • Perform the Export Order entry and updates
  • Confirm Export order fulfilment capability, review component availability and advise purchasing of issues, process customer orders including dispatch date and special requirements, forward order confirmation
  • Ensure all sales orders are entered into AX system correctly
  • Monitor back orders and provide the customers daily order updates when required
  • General enquires on stock availability
  • Supervise sales representative support and enquiries
  • Supervise reception activities
  • Drive improvements within the CS team
  • Continual improvement of staff through development of the skills matrix

Authorities:-

  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Review and release 100% OF sales orders

Skills:-

  • Knowledge of AX or ERP system
  • Good proven customer service skills
  • Product knowledge
  • Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables/v look ups)
  • Leadership and problem solving skills

This role is located close to public transport and also has on site parking. It is a newly created role to manage a small team so is a great opportunity to put your own stamp on a successful business and lead the team to further success!
