Our client is the public service advocate who promotes good practice in managing people, supporting leadership, learning and development within the Australian Public Service (APS), they also fosters ethical behaviour and workplaces that value diversity. This incredible opportunity to work at the forefront of the implementation of a signficant project for the reform of Australian Government Administration would suit applicants from an HR, Economics, Policy or broader social science background who wish to extend their professional exerience. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound research and project capability and excellent written and oral communication sills. You will need to demonstrate initiative and have a collaborative working style. A sounde understanding of performance management is highly desirable.
