Our client, a statutory authority based in the outer northern suburbs (close to Sunbury, Diggers Rest), are seeking highly experienced Case Worker's/Sessional Interviewer’s for an immediate start.

These challenging yet rewarding roles involve interviewing member's of the public who have been identified as the primary target market.  Working closely with a Senior investigative Interviewer, you will meet with people in their homes and conduct a formal scripted interview.  You will be required to gain factual strategic information in a face-to-face interview to a vast number of individuals of all ages.  You will also be required to listen with empathy and sensitivity and be able to reflect on the information to whether it is relevant to a very significant project. 

You will ideally have worked in a similar environment with preferably a qualification in community development, psychology, social work, social sciences. If you have previously worked for State or Federal Government departments, then this will also be highly regarded.
