Operations Manager
Brisbane

Our client located in the Brisbane CBD is a leader in recruitment for the oil, mining and gas sector.

Due to recent growth in there company they are looking for an experienced operations manager for their new office in Brisbane.

To be successful in your application you will have:

· 5+ years of recruitment industry experience

· 5+ years of Client business development experience

· Relevant Oil and Gas industry experience

· University Degree

· International recruitment and business development experience (preferred)

· Working knowledge and application of Client contracts and commercial terms

· Working knowledge and application of candidate rate negotiation

· Working knowledge of employee/consultant agreements

· Working knowledge and application of financial and headcount budgeting principles

· Working knowledge and application of international and domestic tax

· Working knowledge of managing and reporting against headcount and gross profit targets

· Working knowledge of MS Office Products with specific focus on Excel and Word

· Working knowledge and constituent application of industry recruitment systems

· Working knowledge and administration and maintenance of Contract systems

· Must effectively lead in a team environment and implement policy/procedures

· Management of change between contracted fee staff and client contracts

Some of the duties and responsibilities are:

· Management of assigned contracts within the region

· Support regional business development for assigned clients

· Manager Project Recruitment activity for assigned clients

· Provide recruitment team with day to day direction supporting client job request and candidate submissions

· Prepare and coordinate client rate proposals

· Prepare fee staff employment and consultant contracts

· Provide complete placement details to account coordinators

· Maintain consistent Client, Contracts, Project, Jobs, Placement records in Bullhorn

· Support credit control for assigned clients

· Maintain consistent TLC activity with placed fee staff

· Support fee staff redeployment process with consistent tracking of scheduled end dates and communication with the regional recruitment team

· Provide weekly and monthly status report to the regional lead

Position is due to start early March
