Working closely with the head of Human Resources, the CEO and all senior leadership, the role will play a critical part in supporting the objectives of the organisation.
A diverse and broad role, the position responsibilities include providing sound advice to managers at all levels regarding their ER/ IR issues, developing & implementing creative and effective policies that support the achievement of objectives, negotiating enterprise agreements, Union correspondence, grievance management and developing & delivering training and coaching support to all.
You will be a senior ER professional who has broad experience across the full gamut of employee and industrial relations. Your experience and confidence will enable you to work autonomously and with senior internal and external stakeholders. You will enjoy the variety that this role delivers and be accountable for your outcomes.
