An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven OH&S Manager to drive a safety culture within the business. As a key member of the senior management team, this role will be responsible for all facets of OH&S including:

Review, refine, implement, promote and monitor OH&S policies, procedures and initiatives,

Assist managers/supervisors in administering their OH&S requirements,

Incident or Injury investigation and reporting,
-
Safety audits and inspections,
-
Injury and rehabilitation process,
-
OH&S Committee and meetings,
-
Relevant training and induction.
This is a key appointment within the business and as such finding the right fit for the business is crucial. To be successful in this role you will have experience within a similar OH&S role within Construction, Manufacturing or Oil & Gas industries and be street smart in your approach towards site employees, supervisors and clients. You will have knowledge of the current legislation and future Model WH&S legislation, risk management principles and the ability to drive initiatives to drive a safety culture whilst meeting compliance requirements.
Your hands on, practical approach and positive attitude will ensure your success in this role. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior management, supervisors, staff and clients.
