Duties and Responsibilities include; * Managing existing and building new relationships with a broad range of businesses within the engineering and resource industry sectors * managing the full recruitment process * aligning skills and salary expectations of clients and candidates * presenting and negotiating offers and dealing with counter offers * managing an existing contractor base To be successful for this position you will need the following skills and attributes; * have a good awareness in white collar engineering job skills * be experienced recruiting for positions such as Engineers, Project Managers, Draftspeople, etc * good negotiating and influencing skills * tenacity and negotiation skills * good work ethic * be motivated and want to achieve * have good judgement and be decisive in decision making * a qualification in engineering, business or similar would be highly considered Titan has excellent clients and agreements in place so your ability to effectively service these clients is important.
