Working under a senior consultant this role will suit someone early in their recruitment career or wishing to move from a transferrable industry who shows understanding and promise in respect to the process and content. 


 

Due to a recent company merge between two well-established Recruitment Agencies in Adelaide, the opportunity for further growth and expansion has arisen. You will be joining a professional team of experienced, driven and motivated Consultants within a pre-existing role & many long term clients and you will be mentored and trained by a consultant, your manager and other staff where required to ensure you are not completely left to your own devices. 
 
The environment presents with a team of consultants who are first to put their hand up with candidates should you be stuck with a role and no one to suit, the support is there, should you need it. 
 
 
Who 
 
This role would suit someone in their early stages of recruitment or wishing to transfer across from an industry of relevance. 
 
This means you will present with the skills to consult face-to-face with clients, comfortably deal with the demands of the recruitment process as every role is different and work with a busy portfolio of roles all at different stages all whilst resourcing for new candidates and interfacing with new and existing clients. 
 
This role certainly isn't for everyone, but it provides a great level of ownership, satisfaction and career opportunity for those that really take to it. 
 
Do you really know what a consultant does on a daily basis? It is harder than it looks. 
 
Maintaining exceptional service and being the face of our agency, in person both with your clients & candidates out on site is absolutely paramount. Site visits are essential, and your attitude to process and confidentiality needs to be of the highest priority. 
 
An ability to have a strong memory, work in 5th gear with a cool and calm exterior is absolutely necessary, whilst being highly organised and polished and professional in your manner.
  
Your main responsibilities will be, but not be limited to: 
 
  • Advertising, screening and interviewing candidates - White Collar  
  • Account Management and Conflict & Solution resolution  
  • Business Development and Major Account Development  
  • Bulk Recruit, Assistance with Temp Recruitment, OH & S  
  • High Volume Candidate Recruitment and Job Management  
  

The above responsibilities will be maintained through:  
 
  • Effective, Professional Communication and Administrative Execution  
  • Precise and documented procedures for quality purposes  
  • Pride in the reputation & standard of your candidates and a genuine interest in your clients  
  • The flexibility to drop everything to get out in the field when urgent circumstances arise  
  
Core hours are 0830 - 1700, obviously out-of-hours commitment is needed when deadlines arise and to take calls from candidates and clients via mobile.  
 
*Salary Neg. based on candidate experience & phone & seperate number will be provided.
