Our client specialises in Accounting and Finance Recruitment and is currently seeking a Consultant to expand their Permanent Recruitment Team. Ideally you will have either recruitment experience (any industry considered) or a strong financial sales background.

Working for a larger company always has its advantages. There is an extensive database of already established relationships with both clients and candidates. So when you call clients they already know who you are therefore there is NO real cold calling required. Within a year or so you won’t have to make any calls at all, all the jobs will be coming into you.

This is an end-to-end Recruitment role however the biggest difference is that you will NOT be micro-managed. You will be given the respect you deserve to manage and develop relationships and work on roles from job pick-up through to post-placement.

We are looking for a Recruitment professional that has any experience that can be further developed. So whether that means you finished your degree in HR and have worked in Internal Recruitment, or you have a financial sales background but always read ads that say minimum 1 years’ experience required or you have IT / Engineering / Construction / Business Support recruitment experience and hate the industry and want to change.
