Continued success within our Canning Vale Team has provided an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our Recruitment Consultants, handling the client-side aspects of our key blue-collar clients. Core job responsibilities include:
- Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Conducting reference checks
- Liaising with candidates (phone calls)
- General office support (overflow of phone calls and general admin)
To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
- Ideally exposure to recruitment, administration, sales or account management work in any industry.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Database maintenance & utilisation experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of blue collar industries would be an advantage
- Strong customer service, organisational and communication skills
