A leading service provider based in Homebush is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Operator to join their team on a three month contract. ****This is a very urgent contract and they need people to start ASAP***.
In this role you will provide primary Service Desk support that includes incident investigation, resolution and call management.
Responsibilities
- Provision of first level support for the investigation and resolution of reported incidents.
- Ensure compliance with Service Centre targets for customer inquiry handing and escalation management.
- Escalation of reported problems to level 2 specialists.
- Escalation and management of problems to 3rd party maintenance and warranty equipment providers.
- Maintain customer contact so as to manage expectations and requirements through the problem resolution.
- Generation of reports as required.
To be successfully considered for this role, we are looking for people who have:
- experience in Lotus Notes (highly preferred but not essential)
- experience with Novell (highly preferred but not essential)
