Working within a well established Project Management Office supporting a complex re-integration Program, this interesting and challenging role with appeal to those past experience in Local Government, Utilities and Transition Programs. Identifying the gaps and differences within the areas of training, safety management systems and workers compensation and rehabilitation, this role will analyse and complete an impact assessment, coordinate and facilitate structured focus groups and consult with organisational change analysts to support plans for impacted program and project deliverables. Ideally candidates will possess proven abilities in Transition, Merger & De Mergers and an understanding of recent changes to the SEQ Water Distribution-Retailers. Candidate will required the following skills and experiences: - Significant experience in business analysis including proven abilities to effectively manage scope, concept development, planning and impact assessment.
- Outstanding Stakeholder engagement experience including workshop facilitation, ability to motivate & influence complex procedural and policy development
- Strong understanding of WH&S, OH&S Management Systems and Information Management Systems.
- Ability to contribute to continuous improvement and established methods including ITIL, EA, Corporate Governance Frameworks
- Highly developed communication skills including strong documentation, process mapping and reporting
