A well established financial institution in the Perth CBD is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The main focus of the role will be to complete the analysis for a number of complex business projects. Some of the responsibilities will include holding the gathering of requirements, developing business value propositions, process re-engineering and stakeholder management. The role may also be responsible for leading small teams.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables in relation to Business Analysis are met. You will also: - Facilitate Workshops
- Gather Requirements
- Document Requirements
- Develop future and current business processes
- Develop business case documents
- Manage stakeholder relationships
The successful candidate will have extensive Business Analysis experience and will be comfortable working in a leadership position. They will have worked in a variety of project orientated positions and will be well versed in the project life cycle. They will have knowledge of standard project methodology and may have completed a relevant certification.
To be successful in this role you will need: - Tertiary qualifications
- Experience working in large, complex environments
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst (5+ years)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
- Solid stakeholder management experience working with people across all levels of an organisation, including senior management
