IT Operator (Senior) - Mission Critical/High-Availability IT Operations Experience In Financial Services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Senior IT Operator to join a Australian financial services team within the IT operations business. This role has been created due to growth within the business which has resulted into a move to a 24/7 uptime environment. In this role as an Senior IT Operator you will be responsible for monitoring business critical systems and providing 1st level troubleshooting on incidents. You will also be responsible for conducting daily health checks an escalating issues as per the ITIL processes when a resolution cannot be achieved.
To be considered for this exciting new opportunity you will possess the following skills and experience:
Experience of working in an Mission Critical IT Operations environment Monitoring systems experience ITIL Certified or experience in working within an formal ITIL environment Experienced in Real Time transaction processing
