- Problem Solving & Assisting clients with Technical and Application Support.
- Problem Solving issues for clients.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Accurately logging requests.
Minimum Requirements: - At least 1 years experience in a similar role.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Excellent knowledge of Windows XP/7, MS Office 2007/2010, Exchange 03/2010, and Outlook.
- Capable of Logging phone calls.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
