Aurec is actively seeking a Helpdesk Consultant to join a growing company! This is an amazing opportunity to gain ongoing training and mentoring with a market leading company.

The Role:
  • Managing incoming calls and emails from clients.
  • Problem Solving & Assisting clients with Technical and Application Support.
  • Problem Solving issues for clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Accurately logging requests.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 years experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows XP/7, MS Office 2007/2010, Exchange 03/2010, and Outlook.
  • Capable of Logging phone calls.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
