The Solution Designer (SD) works with the organisations strategic banking and financial institution clients to achieve customer delight by creating, and seeing through to delivery, high-quality transaction banking solutions.

As a key member of multiple project teams, the SD must exhibit domain expertise/product knowledge to create effective technical solutions and systems designs within the capabilities banking platform.

Key activities include:
Solution Design/Systems analysis for large scale enterprise systems/applications
Create technical specifications, systems specifications, and other artifacts to meet business and technical requirements.
Integrate, architect, plan, design, develop and deliver solutions.
Ensure technical documentation for the architecture, design, development, implementation, integration and support of new products/systems and ensure compliance thereafter.

Qualifications:
Solution Design/Systems Analysis experience in the financial services or banking sector
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills with attention to detail a fundamental requirement
J2EE Architecture and design knowledge/Oracle DB/SOA - Weblogic, Webshpere
Strong systems analysis skills and ability to properly articulate and communicate key project goals
Outstanding interpersonal skills and team player.
Strong problem solving skills; pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
Understanding of software development life cycle and technology
