- Front End experience must be recent
- JSP, Java, Jquery, J2EE, Javascript, Jquery, XML, Spring MVC, Struts
- Agile experience is highly desirable
- Previous experience working with solution design and architect teams strongly desirable
- Leadership skills advantageous
