This is your opportunity to jump in head first and get your hands dirty making your mark on this vital university wide service, by developing and implementing a whole life cycle management process for ICT asset fleet.

Key responsibilities in your role will include contributing to the overall strategy of ICT assets fleet, developing, implementing and managing all policies, processes and procedures. Including creating new asset processes, guidelines and product standards across all ICT assets.

Managing a small team, building and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, along with liaising with Senior Management will also play an imperative part of your role.

Ensuring ongoing delivery of strategic business objectives including developing an audit plan and ensuring that asset data is complete will be a major requirement within your role.

Demonstrated experience within IT asset management, including matching aligning policies and procedures with strategic business objectives will be essential to your success.

Project implementation and management experience along with a strong understanding of logistics for equipment delivery be contribute to your success in the role.

Strong problem solving, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills will also benefit your application as will a working knowledge of Remedy and ITIL.
