Our Brisbane based client require a highly experienced Agile Specialist/Coach Iteration Manager to fill a challenging new permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the fundamental principles behind Agile approaches backed up by extensive first hand experience of both classic and Agile projects across a multiple of domains.

Specifically, you will be required to:

• Work with clients and to deliver solutions in line with an agreed Agile approach
• Lead & facilitate iteration planning workshops with customers and development teams
• Work with client Agile Coaches to continuously improve Agile processes by identifying and addressing issues with, or learnings from specific initiatives and to identify training or development requirements for specific team members
• Maintain a high level of competency and awareness of Agile project methodologies and techniques and current trends and thinking in the Agile space

The experience required to be succesful in this position include:

• Degree in Business Computing or Information Management
• 5+ years experience in project management or delivery management
• Extensive experience as an Agile Project Manager or Iteration Manager across a multiple of domains
• In depth knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks as acquired through practical experience and Agile training certification
• Understanding of software development lifecycle from concept through to final implementation
• Demonstrated success delivering projects using Agile techniques
• Proven ability to manage resources, dependencies, scope, and risks using Agile
