Fixed Term Contract - 12 months - 120,000 - 135,000 + Super

My client is a leader in their field and has a requirement for an experienced and senior Infrastructure Manager to come in and do a "pulse check" on the current environment. The environment is currently outsourced but requires someone to manage this from a governance and commercial perspective and ensure the business is following the best approach for IT for their business.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as the key contact and escalation point for business updates and reports on the delivery of ITC services.
• Facilitates and assist proactive problem and analysis and resolution
• Develops, manages and reports on service delivery related budgetary items
• Manage the relationship of external service providers from both a commercial and performance perspective
• Reviewing commercial terms with suppliers periodically including pricing and service levels.

Essential experience required

• Extensive experience and demonstrated success in managing outsourced ITC supply and operations in medium sized organisations.
• Understanding Infrastructure - Network, Server, Storage, Virtualisation and Desktop technologies.
• Project Management experience in implementing Infrastructure solutions
• Proven experience in establishing and leading technical teams across various locations.
