Organisational Change Agent (C11)

Our large government client is currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualifieed Organisational Change Agent beginning ASAP on contract until 30 June 2012.

The successful applicants will be required to:

  • Analyse and manage organisational change impacts on staff and other stakeholders resulting from changes in business process;
  • Maintain effective communication witha  range of business areas to understand and communcate the user experience of change;
  • Prepare high and detailed level business impact assessments,
  • Determine business readiness;
  • Assist in developing and delivering approprate communication, training and post-implementation solutions.
