ASP.NET/MS. Net Technical Lead/Team Leader - Web Frameworks/High Volume Transactional Websites - St Leonards
High profile Media/Digital organization requires an ASP.NET Team Leader/Technical Lead to lead the development of online products and services across a portfolio online/new media websites. You will lead a small team of Web Developers with the objective of increasing the scale, speed and effectiveness of development projects and deployments. The Role - - To provide leadership, insight and guidance on technical solutions allocating resources efficiently and effectively
- Work with business stakeholders and project managers to define the best technical approach to meet project requirements
- To lead technical design, architecture strategy & the subsequent build of best of breed on-line solutions
- QA & overseeing code quality & standardization across the development team as well as providing estimates on development workload
- To engage in some programming work - designing & building solutions in C#. Net
Required Skills & Experience - - 6 + years Microsoft MS.NET experience building sophisticated web applications using C# & ASP.NET
- Experience in CMS/Content Management Platforms
- XML programming & design experience - XML Schemas
- Experience project leading/managing work-streams
- Demonstrable leadership skills & experience
- Sound database design & development experience in SQL Server
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum/Iterative environments
- Experience delivering solutions in online/high traffic websites environments - preferred
