As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the providing support to Legal Teams for large Litigation cases. Training in eDiscovery and Online Data Rooms will be fully provided. You will have the following key responsibilities: - Analyse, report, export and import electronic information
- Communicate technical issues to business groups
- Assist with the development and implementation of solutions and subsidiary plans that link with the department and branch outcomes
- Use of Case Management products such as Ringtail
- Communicate to the business on IT Initiatives
- Collection, discovery and dispute of Blue Chip client cases
You will have the following skills and experience: - Minimum of 2-3 years demonstrated experience in Project Support, Legal Support or IT Support
- Experience in researching, analysing and documenting business requirement specifications and software requirement specifications
- Experience in developing high quality written analysis reports and other documentation for consideration by stakeholders
- Ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with clients within a large organisation to meet project objectives
- Excellent time management, accuracy skills and professional manner
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal industry and system requirements
- Experience with Access and SQL
