Our large and respected client has a current vacancy for a suitably experienced Leading Hand. The successful applicant would previously have held a leading hand position where they were required to lead by example as well as instruction. They would be expected to be able to manage their area of control and be an active worker within that area, performing such duties as required. Forklift license is preferable, with experience operating a 16 tonne forklift being viewed as highly desirable. Welding experience would be beneficial, but not absolutely essential. They need to be able to direct energies and resources where required to achieve desired results and outputs, be able to think in an analytical way, and must have good verbal and written communication skills.
