Chandler Macleod’s Workforce Services approach is an evolution in the way complex workforces are sourced and managed, bringing about enhanced cost efficiency and productivity, and mitigating many of the risks inherent in traditional labour models.

Reporting to the Metropolitan Manager, the successful applicant will be a hands-on leader of a small operational team delivering labour-hire services to the transport and logistics sector. You will be working with a number of existing clients that will provide a foundation for business success and a key outcome sought from the appointment will be to grow the market share in these clients. The successful candidate will also liaise closely with our sales team and play a key role in the development of new business.

 
You will be accountable for:

• Develop client relationships to build successful working partnerships
• Manage client accounts ensuring a high level of service
• Sourcing, assessment, placement and management of casual workers
• Managing, motivating and leading your team to achieve agreed targets/KPIs
• Proactively support our company’s cultural drivers and lead by example 
• Compliance to Occupational Health and Safety Processes
• Achieving monthly revenue/margin targets 

To be considered, you must have a proven track record in account management and an understanding of the Transport & Logistics sector. Strong commercial acumen and a results driven attitude will be vital to your success.
