This organisation is an international integrated property group with an established presence within the retail sector. A position has arisen to join their driven leasing team working on a major regional retail asset.

Reporting to the National Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maximising value across a regional retail asset, ensuring the tenancy mix reflects the quality of the asset
• Negotiation with leading anchor and national specialty brand tenants
• Customer relationship management with existing customers and optimising the number of long term clients
• Strategic planning and proactively sourcing opportunities
• Market research and reporting
• Casual leasing, renewals and conducting market rent reviews.

Ideally you will have:

• 4+ years retail leasing experience
• Strong contacts and reputation with both national and specialty retailers
• Demonstratable track record in meeting budget requirements and maximising occupancy rates
• Outstanding communication and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
• Hands on leasing skills as well as a strategic outlook
• Longevity in previous roles.

To be successful you must have landlord experience, work well in a team and be motivated by a busy and challenging role with a degree of autonomy.
