They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their very successful team working in the Northern Suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and get some of the best training on offer in the industry. They make sure the successfully candidates are set up to SUCCEED not fail!

You will be working alongside another assistant and have the portfolio split between you both consisting of around 100 properties each, so a good size to learn the industry.

To be successful for this position you will need to be enthusiastic, flexible, be a team and results orientated person. Willing to learn and work hard. Good computer skills. This position reports direct to the BDM

Must haves:

Current drivers licence
Agents representative cert
Excellent communication & presentation skills
