This well known Real Estate Agency located in Clayton is seeking an experienced portfolio manager to take over a comfortable and well maintained portfolio of 180 properties. Working with a mature team, you will have full autonomy in your role and be expected to hit the ground running.

You will be working along side 2 other property managers, one of them being the senior that also has a focus on winning new business. You will be rewarded financially for winning your own business. Also, our client pays you when you: Re-Let, Lease and increase rent. You will be able to spend time on winning new business if you desire.

Your portfolio is located in Clayton area. You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays, which will only be 9-12. Work hours are a standard 9.00 5.30 Monday to Friday. A generous salary package is on offer, this will in correlation with your previous experience.
