Due to expansion they seek a motivated and vibrant property manager to oversee a residential portfolio of approximately 160 properties with plenty of support on hand including an accounts co-ordinator for all trust accounting, EOM and in-depth enquiries and an administration team for ad-hoc support and assistance in leasing of vacancies.

Your varied days will include, but not be limited to:

• Day-to-day management of a small residential portfolio
• Arrears minimisation, repairs & maintenance
• Routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Some leasing duties
• Maintaining strong existing client relationships

To be considered for this exciting and newly created role, you will need to display the following:

• Experience in autonomously managing your own portfolio
• Immaculate presentation and communication skills
• Mature and confident disposition
• Active Certificate of Registration, driver s licence and vehicle
