Residential Property Manager - Melbourne's Funky Inner North
Based in stunning Inner northern offices our client is a leading agency focused on delivering high level customer service. Highly systemised, this agency works in a very modern manner utilising technology to streamline the Property Management process.

Work only one in five Saturdays with a Friday afternoon off in lieu!  

This is the perfect role for a Property Manager with over 2 years experience who wants to take the next step in their Property Management career. This interesting & varied role will see the successful applicant working with a large team of Property Managers with full Administration & Leasing Support. 

As a Property Manager your role will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of 180 Properties (capped at 200 Properties)
  • Liaising with tenants/landlords
  • Leasing properties
  • Attending tribunal
  • Organising repairs & maintenance
  • Providing first class customer service
The successful candidate will:
  • Be able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
  • Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour
  • Professional presented
  • Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Be a friendly person with a strong customer service focus and who can work autonomously.
  • Have 2+ years Property Management experience 
  • Corporate presentation
  • Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Have a proactive Property Management style with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Be someone who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
  • Be an outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
Eligibility Criteria:
  • An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement) 
  • 2 years + Property Management experience 
  • Drivers licence 
  • Reliable car
