The team together has experience in multiple market cycles and a diverse range of property from entry level through to multimillion dollar prestige stock. Immerse yourself in the day to day operation of this high profile, successful agency. Draw on the knowledge and experience of this tight knit team and watch your real estate sales career soar. Offering you the chance to not only generate the lead on behalf of the senior agent you will also attend market appraisals with agents and assist with the sales and marketing of properties to gain an insight into the entire sales process. Initially stepping into the team and representing the business in active prospecting and lead generation you will be the first point of contact with the local area. Your day to day duties will include and not be limited to: - Telephone prospecting both cold calling and warm database up-keep
- Just listed & Just Sold prospecting around sales hot spots
- Networking throughout the local area via community groups, local schools, sporting groups and business groups
- Assisting with marketing, OFI s and private buyer appointments
