The Role:
As a residential sales rep you will be expected to be knocking on doors from the get go! You will have monthly KPI's to adhere to and be working the Adamstown, Mayfield, Newcastle East and Merewether areas. You have the ability to make this role your own, manage your own territory and build your own portfolio!
What we are looking for:
First and foremost you must have a certificate of registration to apply for these roles and this is non negotiable.
Industry experience, evidence of previous new listings/sales, exceeding targets etc will definitely be highly regarded. You will need to be hungry! Be positive, have a sense of urgency, have a passion for sales, be passionate about real estate, be prepared to get out there and knock on doors from the get go and truly be looking for a career in real estate. If you are "just looking for a job" then this isn't for you.
If you have a strong sales background away from the real estate industry you may also be considered for this role.
