My client is a market leader in the signage arena that rewards you handsomely with a lucrative commission structure. An opportunity exists for a go getter and driven Business Development Manager to grow sales in the NSW with particular focus on retail sector & FMCG selling a range of print and digital signage. Other industries will include construction and architecture.

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES - SIGNAGE

As a Business Development Manager your duties include:

• 1) Developing new opportunities with clients in a variety of industries including retail, architecture and construction, with particular focus being retail.
• 2) Liaising with head office to ensure clients are kept in the loop- regarding delivery dates and times, installations and new developments.
• 3) Working to a budget of $1.4M with a sales cycle of 4 to 6 weeks.
• 4) Previous experience with a CRM system to keep all information current and up to date.

CANDIDATE - SIGNAGE

Essential Criteria:

• 1) Have a proven sales track record within the signage industry or advertising field working to budgets of over $1.1M p a.
• 2) Driven and motivated to develop new opportunities and approach new clients.
• 3) Excellent communications-verbal and written, appropriate for board room style presentations.
• 4) A dynamic sales person with a hunger to succeed.
• 5) Tenacity to follow up with a variety of clients and continue to develop new opportunities.
• 6) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously reporting to the national sales manager remotely.
