The National Commercial Sales Manager will report directly to the general manager of the business based in Melbourne, you will lead, develop, drive and mentor the territory sales managers situated across the country. You will set the sales strategy and ensure the brand is represented and protected appropriately at all times whilst contributing to the development of new/potential sources of growth revenue of all commercial accounts. Maintaining the status quo and building for the future, this role requires strong sales focus and people management skills. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have an understanding of the agri - horticultural sector and also have strong sales management experience. My client is very interested to engage with candidates that have sold products and solutions in the above industries.
