With branches in every state and international expansion in the forefront of our strategy we are fast becoming recognized as a quality leader in the security services industry. As part of our expansion and the fact that our existing sales team is struggling to keep up with demands from existing customers, we need a quality sales executive to join our team and bring new business to the table. Joining us at this time means you will be joining a business that has grown from a small operation to one having over 300 fulltime employees and over 8000 guards on our payroll.

If you have sold in this industry then you know the drill. This role will initially see you hunting down new business from your networks and resourcefulness. Naturally you will be given the opportunity to manage all accounts you land. In performing your role we will give you all the tools you need and then let you at it. We have a firm belief in employing the right person for a job and then trust them to get out there and do it. Your results will determine how quickly you progress to further positions within in this rapidly expanding business.

To apply you must have sold security services in the local market at some point in your career. Ideally you will be selling them now and looking to make a move to a company that can give you more scope for growth, recognize your results and allow you to work without breathing down your neck. You should have at least 3 years selling in our market but we will consider you if you can shows us strong results with less experience. If you have sold into retail, hospitality, or market sectors outside building and construction we would be particularly interested as these are segments we are looking to get further involved in.

As you can hit the ground running with minimal training we are prepared to reward you well for your sales achievements. Base salary if you are strong in this area will be around $65-75K + super. If you are sensational at what you do and can prove it then we will move up to circa $85K + super, however you would have to be outstanding. In addition you will receive a company car or a car allowance. Plus, and most importantly, commissions are strong, uncapped and paid on all sales.
