An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated business developer to join our team in the role of Sales Executive. Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales, the Sales Executive is responsible for business development and account management within the Corporate F.I.T market segment for Crown Hotels. The focus of the role is maintaining excellent customer service, fostering business relationships, adherence to service standards and obtaining financial goals.
What you need:
- Possess previous hotel/ travel industry experience within a sales role
- Possess strong business development and account management experience in a similar role
- Hunger and drive to achieve agreed objectives and accept accountability for results
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic
- Be driven to exceed sales targets
- Have a high commitment to delivering and improving customer service
- Encourage people to work as a team
- Hospitality and/or Sales/Marketing qualifications would be highly regarded.
