My client is a well regarded family run business, renowned as a regional leader. They provide a wide variety of capital equipment ranging from small scale equipment up to combine harvesters. They are a progressive company with a huge range of exciting products, who are striving for 2020.

The culture of the company is one of a relaxed nature so as to make all its employees feel as though they are part of a family. They are looking for a quality sales rep to join them in their company expansion.

Position:

Your role will be an on the road salesman, with a brief amount of time spent in the office. You will be approaching customers mainly from every aspect of the farming market, including corporate farming companies. The products you will be working with include tractors and other capital equipment. You will build relationships with your customers that will result in repeat business, with a diverse array of customers, with many different sized deals.

Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a strong and professional sales background, and will also have experience in working and selling agricultural machinery and capital equipment. You will be able to work autonomously on the road and be self motivated, with a proven track record of hitting Kip's and targets.

Rewards:

The successful candidate will be awarded a base salary of between $50-60k dependent on experience. The client also offers an excellent commission structure for hitting targets as well a fully maintained company vehicle+ phone+ laptop and expenses for being away from home.
